I get fed up with my asthma and have tried various cures. Have just heard about Apple Cider Vinegar. Has anyone tried this and if so what did you think? Have you found anything better?

Have you tried the breathing techniques that being talked about a lot at the moment (can't remember what they are called). They're supposed to be very good (I would do them but can't breathe through my nose so not much good).

What's making you fed up - is it unpredictable or getting worse/preventing you from doing things?

I seem to have it more or less all the time. Doctors keep prescribing stronger and stronger inhalers but I don't want that.

fsmail, my son has asthma and I manage to reduce the irritation by giving him a tablespoon of aloe juice a day. It really seems to work for him. I have also heard that msm crystals disolved in juice are very good too.

Thanks Kittywinks. I do take aloe every day and garlic and Fish oils both of which have helped keep my blood pressure in control.

I have never taken time off work though with asthma or hospitalised so not as bad as some. It is just a niggly problem that I would rather not have
