Hi,

For the last few months I've had non stop colds, and no idea why. I always used to be pretty healthy - rarely had colds, and suspect I caught the few that I did get from the crowded trains on my commute. I took a year off to have DS, and maternity leave ended in January this year, and since then the colds have been constant. I'd blame DS being in childcare, but he's not always getting them. Occasionally he catches one from me, but not always. My diet is very good on the whole, and I started taking a multi-vitamin last month in case I was deficient in anything.

Any advice? Either on not catching them or reducing their severity and length. I'm a crap mum when I'm ill and I feel really bad for DS that on one of my few days off a week, that we can't enjoy the lovely weather because I feel too rotten to go out.

Thanks (sniff!)
