Is this a panic attack ??

Burning, churning feeling in my stomach; feels like middle of back in huge spasm and back rubs/ voltaren not helping; sweating; feeling short of breath; faintly nauseas

It's been going on for over two hrs and I've no idea what to do!! Pls help x

To be honest, with the symptoms you described last night, I'd be more worried about poisoning or anaphylactic shock, and I'd be calling the doctor at the very least, but quite likely an ambulance. Sure there are plenty of other, less dramatic options, but better safe than sorry.

Maybe gall stones, kidney stone or colitis.
It doesn't sound like a panic attack if you are in pain.
