Hi..

Abit of a random one...

Yesterday after an ok nights sleep (8 hours) I didn't do loads, just walked round a fate, for a couple of hours..
At 5pm, I was so tired, wrecked in fact, I had to go to bed..

Today... After a good night's sleep (10 hours)
And walking around again at a fate for afew hours, I am beginning again to get that tired feeling...
It doesn't feel 'just' tired if that makes sense, it is a great effort to walk and feel like iv been up for a week...

Literally, I need to go to bed..

Anyone have any ideas?

Nothing has changed at all
diet the same
sleeping the same etc etc

TIA

Hi

I get that a lot. Try drinking loads of water. Dehydration can make you feel that way. If you're anaemic, take Floradix iron supplement in liquid form. Its effects are almost instant and should help a lot. But if neither of these help, I'd get checked out by doc in case you have a post viral ME type illness or diabetes which can also cause exhaustion.

Or, could you be pregnant?

If it's unusual for you you need to go to the doctors. COuld be something simple like you're coming down with a virus or other illness, but best to get checked out.

Do you have any other symptoms like weeing more than usual, bruising, headaches, etc?

Friedbrain · 30/06/2014 17:56

Nothing else... Very bizarre!
