I'd get her seen by out of hours GP if you've given Calpol and Ibuprofen, tepid sponging etc.

Paracetamol combined with childrens ibrufen (you can give it together or with time inbetween)
Tepid sponging, cotton cloths or naked with mabye just cotton sheet.

Temperatures are hioorible arne't they

Can do Calpol, and then Nurofen 2 hrs later - I didn't know that for ages. So sorry DD2 is poorly Second if that and sponging is not working get on to after hours DR.

Open a window, got a fan you can put nearby? Take her clothes off and cover her with a sheet only. You can give calpol and nurofen together (I was advised by hospital) and agree about the tepid bath. Couldn't hurt to ring the out of hours doc.

Yorkie, you've probably left already and I do hope it comes down in the am, but just to mention those CoolnSoothe sticky strips for the forehead are great for future ref.
