10 weeks postnatal with DC2. Most of weight shifted through diet and exercise but now need to tone up. Just started 30DS but feeling like I'm leaking a bit... Normal?

maybe leave off the exercise that has some impact on the pelvic floor until you are toned up more? I left another link on another thread today about Oz physio Michelle kenway- google and see her site - she's an expert.
