J Level?

Had ongoing problems with iron and B12 levels and been for another test. Was looking at B12 levels and screen for Coeliac. GP surgery rang to get me back in. All receptionist could tell me was that doc had written J Level on the form

Anyone know what that might refer to? I gave googled and have no idea still. Is it referring to Level J or to levels of something beginning with J.

Anyone know?

Could it mean just as on just normal. Very confused. Anyone?

Think she meant g level? Bearing in mind is coeliac test. Might mean gluten level.
