Painful Feet!

Just asking for any tips from lovely MNetters
I work 13 hour shifts and am on my feet for most of the shift, at the end of the shift my feet ache soooo much and still hurt the next day
I have bespoke insoles as I have flat feet and have been advised to wear trainers for work which are comfy and give good support.
But feet are still painful and I feel a nice soak in a bowl of something would be bliss, but what to use? And what else can I do to help my poor feet to recover?

Have you tried reflexology my friend? It involves foot massage/touch (lovely on its own) but also helps balance the rest of the body so that any bodily problems that then travel down to the feet are rectified before they hit base. If you have chronic/recurring problems a course of treatment could be a suggestion.

Sounds interesting girl thanks! I would love a foot massage as my feet are just throbbing after a shift! something to look into indeed.
