Hi had a 3rd degree tear 2 years ago when I go to the toilet I often find blood from back end once I've been.
Anyone else experience this?
When I bend on my knees I also feel so tight I have been to docs about this and they said I was stitched up well just maybe too tight.
I'm really young any info would be great gonna try get to docs next week but it's weekend ATM Grrh!
