FIRST DEFENCE just makes me more ill!

At least that's the conclusion I've come to. Tried it a few times. Sometimes it limits the duration of the cold but at other times it just seems to delay the usual onset of the cold and then I get the worse cold EVER. Like now. I'm feeling really ill, almost 7 days after the first sign of a slight sore throat. It took nearly 5 days to move on from sore throat to sneezy/ runny nose. So I had 4 extra days of that terrible rundown, coming down with a cold feeling.

I will now only take it if I need to avoid a cold on a specific date eg going away for the weekend. Anyone else found this?

As as aside, I've also had terrible stomach ache for 2 days and almost no appetite. That's not usual with a cold is it?

Same here! It made dp and I really ill, for a longer time than an average cold. We haven't touched it since.
