Migraine and wheat

Feeling desperate again after nursing13 year old ds through the night with another migraine.

Can wheat be a trigger?

His paediatrician seems to have run out of suggestions and the preventative medicines dope him up too much.

Wheat and caffeine are my triggers, so yes, definitely.

It may take a month or so to notice the effects (and 6 months off to fully rid your body of wheat).
