I've had tendonitis in my wrist before but this is different.
I do Taekwondo (took it up last year as a middle aged woman..mad) and thursday had a very intense class with a lot of punching and pushups.
Now I can't grasp anything..lifting a pan, or trying to peel potatoes and I get an incredibly 'ow FUCK!' level sharp pain radiating from my first knuckle into my wrist on the thumb side. Not sure whether to pop to minor injuries or just strap it and pray.
Wondering if I have compressed the nerve or even a miro scaphoid fracture. It aches all the time but only causes sharp pain when I try and DO anything.
