Im not preg- tested today and my boobs are leaking a clear/white liquid on a evening. Very confused.

Are you on any new medication? Some can cause this as a side effect.

Can happen due to hormonal imbalance or side effect of certain medications or an infection if the liquid turns pus like. If you are worried go see your GP for a breast check and blood test and medication review.

No medication at all. At most paracetimol once a week

It's always worth visiting the GP with any breast changes.

You do need to see GP, need to rule out things like prolactinoma
