Canesten or Sudocrem? (TMI warning)

My bits got sweaty due to two days in Incontinence supplies in a hot environment.

I wiped myself with babywipes (which probably didn't help when skin was irritated) and applied some canesten. I noticed when applying the canesten that I had some tiny blood clots (think the size of a small bogey from you nose) on my finger which must have come from my vagina (although I have no pain coming from inside my vagina) just around the outside and inside the labia. (Don't think it's my period as the amount of blood was so tiny and I haven't had a period for a year!)
Few more bits of blood today, more a stain my underwear than anything else, more this morning than this evening. Still sore around the sides of the outside of my vagina and some itching between my labia (The blood worried me even though it was so minuscule). Less sore tonight I think though could be I've just adjusted to the pain.

Wondering if I should try Sudocrem instead of canesten tonight or should I keep going with my canesten? I know sudocrem in antiseptic which may help?

Sorry for such a long post!

I'd give the sudocrem a try. It works wonders for irritated skin and that does sound likely. I use it after my period as always get sore from sanitary products
