this is weird - yesterday dd2 had a nosebleed and now I have one and neither of us ever had one before

Tip head forward, squeeze fleshy parts of nose together just above nostrils, hold for at least ten minutes.

I don't mean cocaine, I mean that weird meat stuff they ate on TLOG that gave them nosebleeds

I do what StG suggests when I have a nosebleed which hasn't been for ages I must say
