heat rash

I have very sensitive skin (can't use any SLS or alcohol). And I have horrendous heat rash over my arms. I don't go out in the mid day sun ect but its still awful.
I've tried rose water and aloe Vera but neither have done any good.
Its been building up over the last few days and is really hot to the touch, bright red and itches like hell.
Help!

Trying bathing in oilatum and use aqueous cream to cleanse skin.

Oilatum gives me a rash.
I'll try the cream tomorrow

Have a google of polymorphic light eruption and benign summer light eruption - this is what I've got and it's as you describe, red, hot and itchy.

Make sure you use sunscreen, don't go out in direct sun 11am to 3pm.

A cool shower and aloe vera gel helped me last night. I put on lots of factor 50 today and stayed out of the sun and it's eased quite a bit.

Omg! That's exactly what I've got! But I have stayed out of the sun and used a high factor for the small amount I was in it. A cool shower and aleo just haven't sorted it out. normally a cool shower, rub over with rose water from the fridge then aleo do the trick, but not today

Apply Aloe Vera gel on prickly heat to reduce the itching and helps to heal them. You can also rub ice on prickly heat to reduce the burning sensation.
Dust your body with baking soda and sandalwood powder. Its cooling effect will reduce the heat rashes.
