Giving up smoking thread.

Day 2 on patches and spray.

Anyone can join.

Really struggling today, but slush puppies are helping.

Reason to give up:-

Operation next month.
Better Heath
More money
Not to stink of stale smoke.

Don't go cold turkey, go to your doctors to get NRT.
