What worked for ringworm

Hi. My 14 yr old son has had ringworm in the palm and side of his hand for ages and nothing seems to be clearing it. He has tried terbinafine, ketoconozole and miconozole but it still seems to be spreading. Seeing the dermatologist again at the end of June but wondered if anyone found one cream or treatment that worked better than the others.

I used to work in a cat rescue where we would all get it from time to time. I used to put either neat tea tree on it, then cover with a plaster, or (not recommending this, just telling you what we would do!) neat bleach. It would usually go within a week or so.

Definitely neat tea tree oil massaged in.
