up all night vomiting and the other - anyone know if a bug is going round?

if so how long will it last i am shattered. i have a 2 year old and am 35 weeks pregnant. worried i am ill and its not a big. someone help! i live in essex x

my nanny had v and D last week lasted for three days. She got it from her husband so expect there is something going around.
I had this when at the same stage of pregnancy as you and thought it was food poisoning-I had some tests and was given the all clear. If you are worried speak to your midwife.

oh god 3 days!!!! only stared last night. seeing midwife tomorrow, trying to convince dh that he should stay home, i'm worried about coping with dd and a puppy tomorrow if i feel the same.

There's some kind of bug doing the rounds. Ds1 and ds2 were both sick. Ds2 also had a temperature. It lasted about 3 days.
