Two periods a month :-(

I had an abnormal smear 18months ago (mild changes) had biopsy, came back with CIN3 and CGIN (glandular changes) then had cervical cone biopsy which came back all clear. Since then at my 6 month check I got a clear, I'm due my next smear in the next month, but over the past couple of months I've been bleeding mid cycle, not just spotting like the previous couple, but actual blood, like a light period for about a week. Should I wait and mention it at my smear when they ask me, or should I see GP more urgently? Having a "period" every 2 weeks sucks....I'm 39 Hmm

I would make an appointment, particularly with your history. I am currently waiting for a hysteroscopy as I have been having irregular bleeding and think your gp will take it seriously. It is probably nothing to worry about but best get it checked.

Have you stopped BF'ing recently by any chance? I had this for about 4 months when I stopped too quickly

No I've never breast fed and my youngest is 3 1/2! I've got the copper coil but I've only had this since my big biopsy when they took a good old chunk of my cervix away
