Sudden, Short cycle?

I normally have a 28 day cycle, but this one has been 23 days. Also, I normally have a bit of spotting when starting, but this has come on full flow! I'm a bit worried. Definitely not pregnant. Am still BFing DD (19m) but there's been no change in her feeding patterns. Should I be worried??

I've had the odd blip in my cycles over the years - although in retrospect at least two were probably really early miscarriages.

You can always ask your GP or HV if you're really worried though.
