A friend has suggested sea kelp tablets to help with hair and skin and also help with fatigue due to increasing metabolism.
Are they safe to take and beneficial as there many conflicting websites and advice.

Anyone have any professional or personal advise?

Sea Kelp is brilliant supplement, it clings onto heavy metals so that you can get it out of your system. So you will help with the fatigue, increase in metabolism, hair etc... Its great for reducing radiation levels in your body. If you really want expert advice, I would suggest seeing a herbalist, as they will access your body to make sure your body can benefit from it straight away. Or if you need something else.
