I think I have the flu :(

Currently laid in bed temp 38.2 and shivering under my duvet with a jumper on. My whole body hurts to move or touch. I have a headache and a touch of a sore throat.

I'm a single parent to my DS and evening moving is so much effort I can't afford to be I'll Sad

Oh poor you! Not a single parent but my DH works away and being ill without someone to coddle you sucks. Take paracetamol to try and bring your temperature down, hot drinks and get as much sleep as possible! Hope you feel better soon!

Paracetamols and ibroprofen have no effect :( this is not cool
