Skin fungal infection? Ugh ...

I appear to have a skin fungal infection. I've had 'em before, but only while pregnant. (I'm not pregnant!)

What causes these? How can I make it go away? I'm going to chat with a pharmacist to see if I can get topical anti-fungal cream today (in French, that'll be a good conversation), but what else makes a difference?

Sorry to hear this NQC, I had one recently which cleared up with a combination of Fucidin v lightly applied and I alo cut most yeast except the occasional bit of bread out of my diet.(desp missing marmite I must say)
Also took some garlic capsules. Mine's stress related I think.
Hope it gets better soon

I think mine is stress + diet. I'm travelling, and had too much sugar yesterday, which almost certainly set it off.

I've got some cream, and am wavering about showering/running/applying cream/going out for lunch.

Maybe sweat will make it worse? So not running?
Bon Appetit!
