I'm wondering if this is normal? Disrupted sleep is usually blamed but DS is now a toddler so we do get a decent amount of sleep most nights. Disrupted ones seem to generate headaches, sometimes migraines, for DP. A lie down when getting back from work, some co-codamol and a run (?) seems to be what DP self-prescribes. Does this sound reasonable? I'm pretty sure there's nothing more serious going on but am curious to know what could help prevent them, sleep being sometimes elusive.
