Constantly bloated

This has been an ongoing issue for me over the past few years. I have IBS (C), which is the one with constipation, but having changed my diet (no wheat, high-dose of friendly bacteria every day, Fybogel when things get bad), I've managed to get a handle on it, unless I'm very stressed.

However, lately I've been really struggling with bloating again and I don't know why. I look about five months pregnant at the moment (and no, there is no chance that I am), and its really getting me down.

I usually eat porridge for breakfast with two spoons of reduced sugar jam and two cups of tea, then salad with some kind of carb and protein for lunch, and dinner varies, but its usually protein and veg or perhaps cheese and oatcakes. I drink a glass of dry white wine about five nights a week. I avoid sugary foods, for the most part, and never eat them after a meal as this makes me ill. I also eat fruit between and not with meals, but every afternoon and evening my abdomen swells up. Its usually fine in the mornings and I wake up with no bloating, but whatever I'm eating for lunch and dinner seems to be the problem.

Any ideas? I'm so fed up Sad
