Whenever it's hot and I've got some walking to do I get a painless rash on my lower legs, it's not raised but looks like tiny blood blisters.

Watching with interest, as I've had this in the past, on the back of my calves, so not always noticed! When mentioned to GP after it had gone, he had no idea without actually seeing it.

oooh, this sounds a bit like I had a couple of weeks ago.

General consensus was that it was just my jeans rubbing. I did walk ALL around London on a hot day.

Looked like a bunch of tiny pinprick blood blisters?

Healed up and vanished within the week.

Mine was a few years ago, puppyfat, but I'm sure it was during the summer, so yes, quite warm I expect. Mine were more like red blotches, very slightly raised, and felt warm to the touch.

I feel like a right shabby git Nan. I used to be able to walk miles. Now it takes me a week to get over a trip to London.
