Is canesten cream safe to use during pregnancy?

Anyone know the answer to this one? I know the oral stuff isn't OK, but their website doesn't specify if the cream is alright. Anyone used it with doctor's permission?

Yes I shoved tons of it up myself for 9 months, including pessaries, practically constantly

Yep its fine, used in both my pregancies, bloody loads of it!crack on girl, better than the alternative if I remember correctly

Lilymum just to add that my MW said it's OK to use the pessary but don't use the applicator, just your finger. Guess you don't want to be knocking on that cervix just yet??

I was told it was ok to use the applicator - just dont push it in too far!!

I used the applicator when pg with dd1 with my mw present because you have to be really careful not to insert too far.
