really sore nipples/breasts, especially on one side, confused...

sorry if tmi!

had period couple of weeks ago. ovulated a couple of days ago (know by discharge) and have extremely sore nipples, especially on the right hand side.

REALLY sore. have had a look and can't see anything.

get sore breasts before my periods but i can't be about to come on as have just ovulated.

they hurt so much!

any experience/explanations gratefully received.

don't worry you've just posted at a quiet time!
what everyone will say is 'are you sure you're not pregnant??!'.
sore boobs and discharge are amongst the signs!!!!

I didn't think it worth posting as I've never had sore nipples but you have my sympathy, that's all I can offer.

hope they're soon better anyway.

I was going to start a thread yesterday asking why my breasts were aching so much. They feel heavy and the same as when i first got pregnant. I thought i would just get people posting, are you sure you're not pregnant so i didn't bother. All i9 can think is it must be hormones or if not some sort of virus that's blocking your lymph nodes.

i can't be pregnant as i've had my period since we last had sex (ok, it was a while ago, but the quality counts right??!).

also, i'm talking about egg white discharge which I always get when i ovulate. so i can't be pregnant. right?

also, they really really really hurt!

Hi I had the same problem for a while until one of them came off......in my husbands mouth he did nt mind !

weird, Sophable, mine are really sore too and have only just finished period....

have really bad aching/frozen shoulder too and also legs are aching a bit now so am starting to think it may be a virus... Haven't done anything physical that I don't usually do (did have long run last night but never normaly ache next day...)
