Mouth ulcer recommendations?

I have a huge very painful mouth ulcer on my cheek. It is also causing earache and my cheek and glands are very swollen. Any tips?

Bonjela everytime. Hurts like anything when you put it on, but within seconds eases the mouth ulcer pain. Oh and lots of sleep - I only ever get "Mouth Walters" as DS1 used to call them, if I am overtired.

Difflam oral rinse. Works quickly and available if you ask in the chemist

Corsodyl mouthwash ( the proper one not the everyday freshness one). Immediately gets rid if the sting and they disappear much quicker
