Concerned about my DD's bowel - sorry if this TMI

but this had happened yesterday and 2 weeks ago as i thought it was cos i gave her too much grapes and her poo was very runny and in it was a clear jelly gloopy stuff!! ...and foul smell too. (In the past couple of days, i havent given her any grapes)

what is that pls?

Atm DD is teething but ive never come across it B 4.

yes she did have a bad cold couple weeks ago but since 2 days ago, she got abit of a cough and a sneeze..but otherwise she is fine (abit off her food as she did have a BAD tummy bug weeks ago but now only 90% recovered)

Sometimes a tummy upset/cold can cause a temporary food intolerance (most commonly dairy) which can cause runny poo and mucus. You can try cutting out dairy, but you need to chat with your doc about it as obviously it's a major food group. If your dd is otherwise okay it might be something you just put up with, it does get better.
