I've woken up today with my left eye watering, stinging, itching and feeling gritty and dry and just generally sore. It doesn't look like conjunctivitis. I've also got some sinus pain and a runny nose but only on that side. I'm not going to get a doctor's appointment at this time on a friday, is there anything I could get from a pharmacy that would help?
