Night sweats

Anyone got any tips?

I've been having night sweats for ages, I think probably due to the fluoxetine I'm taking. Had them post-natally, then had them when I started the fluoxetine.

I'm getting really fed up. The last few nights have been horrible, really drenching and I wake up with them every half hour or so, so am not getting much sleep. I'm in the process of coming off the fluoxetine, slowly, and I really don't think my current tonsillitis is helping matters!

Anyone got any tips on how I can be a bit more comfortable? Apart from sleeping on a towel?

Thanks.

I have them because hrt doesn't work for me!
I keep a small (baby size) damp flannel by the bed, back of the neck and wrists when I wake, seems to help.

I hope you feel better soon.
