Hello, I'm going to a family wedding in August and I would like to have a nice white smile for the day as currently my teeth are quite stained (too much coffee and red wine). I can't afford getting it done through the dentist. Has anyone used a do it yourself whitening kit from boots or superdrug or somewhere and did it actually work? My teeth are quite sensitive. Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance :)

You can't buy anything legally in the EU that will do the job without going to your dentist so anything from boots etc isn't going to work. Fact. . Remember, counterfeit drugs are one if the worlds biggest criminal networks so,if you get it done by someone who isn't a dentist or you buy something online, you have no idea what you're putting in your mouth.

Had this done professionally. The treatment was a mixture of using the tooth guards ( made for me) with the peroxide gel plus a Zoom laser treatment. I was more responsive to the gel but find it hard to tolerate in my mouth.

And, unless you have extremely lovely teeth this won't give you a Hollywood smile, just slightly whiter teeth.

This toothpaste has very good reviews and is cheaper on Amazon. I'd give it a go if I were you and save up for a professional job. Just don't expect too much Smile
