Always ill and getting me down

Hi just that really, problems are:

Diagnosed ankylosing spondylitis, back pain fatigue,
Rib pain and breathlessness
Palpatations
Diarrhea, piles, ibs type symptoms.

Feels like there is not a part of my body which is well.

Tests done:
Regular bloods normal
Poo sample normal
Heart echo normal
Waiting for respiratory and gastro referral

Am I just completely run done, I'm anxious about it being a missed diagnosis of something sinister.

Any advice appreciated please xx

I've replied to your other thread I have a lot of this and I had a stool sample tested for calprotectin which apparently is a marker for ibd I.e crohns or ilcerative colitis. Since this I've looked into a crohns forum and it appears a lot of suffers have a lot of similar symptoms. It could just be ibs related but the calprotectin stool test apparently differentiates between ibs and ibd.

I've been told for years that I have ibs and anxiety is just making it worse!
