Ok, have a gallstone and get pain from this but not really the sever attacks people speak of.

Yesterday had vague gallbladder pain, disappeared by teatime.

Had tea, about an hour and a half later severe upper abdom or chest pain both sides like a vice. Felt dizy, sat on kitchen floor and passed out. Husband called ambulance, only unconscious for a short time. Woke up pain gone , nauseas and dizzy. I have emmetophobia so was panicking I was going to vomit. Paramedic diagnosed panic attack before any checks, checked my blood pressure and an ECG and said all normal .

I woke up with vague pain again, slight dizziness , oh and my upper lip has pins and needles, on and off.

Planning on GP when I can or if worse A and E, but is this likely to be gall bladder related
