Just a quick question on depression. I know irritability is a symptom of depression, but is snapping like Jeckle and Hyde also a symptom???

Thanks in advance

Could just be stress. I think some symptoms mimic each other for many illnesses.
For depression, it's feeling low one minute then quite happy the next, irritability, fatigue, like everything in life is a struggle, weight gain or loss, Just generally feeling low and have little self-esteem.
Post on the feeling depressed bored for advice. Sounds like there are some experts on there.
Hope everything will be ok and if it is depression don't worry, there is plenty u can do to help yourself and plenty of medication available.

I'd have thought not being in control of feelings is depression, crying, snapping, generally feeling in noddy land, and everything feeling insignificant and unimportant, to the extent of not wanting to get out of bed, non-cleanliness and bothering to eat properly.
