DS Sore Scrotum

My DS has been complaining of rubbing on his scrotum and groin from his wrestling singlet and jock. He has put cream ect on it but what else can he use? He said that it is red raw and will sting when touched.

I think it is best to get a medical opinion. He could have a torsion of the testis which would require an emergency operation. It is most common in boys 7 to 14.

I would suggest ringing 111. It could just be chafing but it best to rule out the torsion.
