Phantom pregnancy??

I am currently 2 months late for my period and have no noticed my breasts are producing (something?!) I was sterilised 2 years ago and a blood test 2 weeks ago from doctors showed negative for pregnancy... I am excessively tired and get dizzy spells...any ideas??

Did they check your prolactin levels? I have a prolactinoma, and didn't get periods back until I started treatment. I was producing breast milk. Get your thyroid and prolactin checked by the GP. Thyroid can explain dizziness and tiredness. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism too.
