Can they really be this painful? I've taken every pain killer I can, but still in bloody agony. Dreading work tomorrow as I can hardly walk with the pain. Roll on the weekend!

Poor you, yes they can be agony at times. I've had quite a few over the past few years and all make me feel very unwell. I've often found a hot water bottle on my bladder region helps with aching and discomfort....Provided you are not pregnant of course! Have you been to see your GP? You may need some antibiotics! Good luck.

I have a hot water bottle in the shape of a large dog. He never leaves my side when I'm ill. Saw ooh doctor tonight and he gave me antibiotics. Just got awful pain in my lower belly and back. Def not pregnant, if I was I would be a millionaire due to a miracle happening. Grin

I know how you feel, it's horrid pain. Get that got water bottle filled, drink plenty of water and do plenty of weeing!! Can you take ibuprofen or some other anti inflammatory? You should start to feel better soon with the antibiotics. Work will cope without you too if you are still unwell.
