which doesn't sound much, but it's bloody agony. it was on a slate step. cut it a bit, but i'm more worried about the comedy egg-sized bump (literally) on my knee. got frozen veg on it, leg on sofa, but what else should i do>

arnica?

olivia35 · 23/08/2006 21:20

I did that last week after too good a night out. Didn't even do the ice bag...fell into bed cursing...probably why it's still painful.

I'm finding Deep Heat helps now it's on the mend. I think all you can do atm is ice it!

hoxtonchick · 23/08/2006 21:20
