Breast and nipple pain

I've had sore breasts for the last 4 or 5 days. The last 3 days, one has been far worse than the other.

The pain is around my nipple and is a really sore, burning pain.

I had the mirena fitted 2 and a bit weeks ago. Could this be related?

No way you could have gotten pregnant before the coil fitting?

Nope, not at all. Had it fitted the day after I stopped bleeding. No unprotected sex at all in the 2 months before
