My face keeps twitching. Should I worry?

Over the past few weeks, maybe a month or two, I have been getting weird little facial twitches. They are completely involuntary. Just little pulses of twitch that last for several minutes. The twitch usually affects one side of my mouth across the smile-crease that runs from nostril to outer corner of mouth. Occasionally the twitch occurs near an eye.

I have not consulted Dr Google.

What's going on? Anyone have any idea?

I've had that very occasionally, for a spell, as long as it goes away on its own I don't bother to see a doctor.

How long do you wait for it to go away on its own?

maybe a few minutes, like you.
I also get little twitches in my arms or legs, very occasionally, too.

Its just stress and tiredness. It will go on its own after a few days usually
