The title says it all. Am 36 definitely not pregnant (v unlikely plus I've taken 2 tests). Lots of weird twinges/ crampiness. Usually 30 day cycle.

Went to the docs last week and the options are just random blip, ovarian cyst (although she couldn't find evidence), start of menopause! I may also have endometriosis which I had wondered about for years but that wouldn't be the cause of this.

Anyone else had anything like this? Can it really be menopause (dr thought unlikely as I have a 2 year old daughter!). Luckily don't want more dc but omg Hmm

I've read before that it is quite normal for women to experience changes in their cycle in their 30s.

Also I think the peri menopause can start 10 years before the actual menopause.
