trapped nerve in shoulder?

Really bad back last week. I get a lot of back pain but deal with it myself as I've not found any professional treatment that works long-term.i managed to ease it with massage, a bit of yoga etc. Problem is the pain shifted to my left shoulder. Now I can't lie on the side without a weird tingly pain all down my arm. In fact there are few positions where I dint get that feeling. Have constant pins and needles in my hand.

Is it ok to just leave it and wait for it to ease or should I see someone? Heart sinks at braving the nhs this weekend.

Well how do you feel in yourself?

Personally I would wait it out but I ignore all pain apart from possible breaks and just sort myself out so might not be the one to advise.

Find yourself a good osteopath. I see a cranial osteopath whenever I have problems with my back or shoulders. I have spent weeks trying to wait it out with pain relief it never works however one or two trips to the osteopath and I feel tonnes better. Thanks
