Bright green sick?

Felt sick since I got up this morning, took 2 paracetamol(back pain) and had a cup of tea. Have just been sick and it was bright green!
Ds has had a sickness but so I was expecting to be Ill but green!? Is this normal because I havnt eaten anything today?

Still can't keep anything down but it was just a 24hour thing with DS so hopefully I'll be fine tomorrow
