Prolapse?

I have been diagnosed with a mild prolapse but I think it's getting worse. I feel pain in the whole pelvic area (had SPD when I was pregnant). I still have to lift DC so I can't stop lifting 'heavy weights'

Is there anything else I can do?

Had mine reupholstered three years ago having suffered for years, wish I'd had it done sooner.

I have a mild prolapse and am currently 10 weeks pregnant with my third. Dreading giving birth in case it makes it worse sad. How do you go about getting it fixed trumpfamily? I assume you have to be suffering incontinence of some sort first?

Get I know you didn't ask me, but when I went to the gynecologist she said they would do surgery only after I have completed my family/finished with having children. Not before because any 'upholstering' as trump put it would be ruined by a new pregnancy/labour/cs/vb.
I went to the GP and it seems the pain I have it's because I still have SPD. Sad
