I have had serveral infections since January. A chest infection, sinus infection and then a strep throat infection a few weeks ago. I feel like I have been at the drs so much. I have been prescribed amoxicillin, 2 lots of doxycycline and penicillin. I have also had a sickness bug and the flu ( full on can't move, even my hair hurts flu). I have never been so ill, usually I am in good health.

I was felt a lot better after finishing the penicillin course around 3 weeks ago. I had much more energy and wasn't pale at all.

I was meant to start my period on the 27th march but it never came. I have tested serveral times and I am not pregnant. I am tired, I have had period type cramps, increased discharge and I feel bloated. I also have had soft stools and need to go to the toilet more than normal. I also don't have a great appetite and feel queasy a lot.

I will need to try and get an app with my GP but does anyone have any ideas what is going on? Last pregnancy test I tried was yesterday morning.

I'm not really sure but didn't want you to be left!
I was on lots of anti bs last year and if I'm honest I felt awful for a while after, they really messed my system up. Get to the docs with a list if symptoms and ask for blood tests would be my advice xx

Antibiotics can mess up the good bacteria in the gut & cause an upset stomach. As you have been quite poorly tgat could mess up your cycle too. Are you on the pill as antibiotics can stop it being absorbed.
I'd see the Dr again as the can do a blood test to check for pregnancy which is more accurate than a home test.

Personally I donâ??t think it's anything but bad luck and the time of the year. I've had pretty much all the same illnesses as you since Jan - one after the other...sinus/chest infection/norovirus/various colds etc (never been as ill in my life!), and as you know any stress on the body can delay your period. If you think you're pregnant wait a few days and test again.
