Smelly stinky feet - help!

DS (3) had developed very smelly feet. Even after careful washing and drying they still pong a bit (and are back to stinky within a couple of hours).

He wears leather shoes not trainers.

I'm a bit stumped - they look Ok but could he have an infection or something? What can I do? If they are like this now what are they going to be like when he's a teenager ?

I would wonder at a infection, maybe a trip to the gp.

Have you cleaned his shoes on the inside?

Do they smell even when he is barefoot after washing?

I would think a trip to the GP is in order. He may have an infection of some sort.
