Leaking nipples, not pregnant

Am due my period in the next week and got all the usual sore boobs etc, a bit tmi but I squeezed both my nipples and got a tiny bit of clear fluid out of both of them am now sat worrying a bit about it. I know leaky boobs when not pregnant are a sign of concern but if you squeeze them is that the same?

I would go to the GP and seek medical advice; excess prolactin hormone levels can cause such problems to arise. It can be treated with tablets.
